Demos and quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.

Third-party platforms

Apps and games we build may run on third-party platforms such as Google Play, the App Store, payment gateways and ad networks. Their own policies apply, and approval, earnings and availability on those platforms are not guaranteed by us.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the content they publish and for any licences or registrations their business needs (for example payment, gaming or content licences).

Intellectual property

The Hyperlabz name, logo and website content belong to Hyperlabz. Ownership of project deliverables is set out in each project agreement.
