Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how Hyperlabz ("we", "us") processes your personal data when you visit https://hyperlabz.in or contact us, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
Who is responsible for your data?
Hyperlabz, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@hyperlabz.in or +91 89201 12027 (Mon – Sat, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST).
What do we collect, and why?
| Personal data | Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name, phone number, email and project details you send us on WhatsApp, phone, email or our forms | To reply to your enquiry, share demos and quotes, and deliver services you order | You provide it voluntarily for this purpose (DPDP Act, section 7(a)) |
| Analytics data: pages viewed, contact buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), cookie ID | To improve the website and understand which pages help visitors reach us | Your consent, given through the cookie banner |
| Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, time | To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and fix errors | Necessary to provide the website securely |
The project planner and email form on this website don't store anything on our servers. They only prepare a WhatsApp message or email that you choose to send. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
How do analytics cookies and consent work?
- Nothing runs before you choose. Google Analytics loads only after you click “Accept” in the analytics cookie notice.
- Declining has no downside. The whole website works the same if you decline.
- Withdraw anytime. Click “Cookie settings” in the footer and choose “Decline”. We then delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser and stop loading Google Analytics. Withdrawing doesn't affect processing that happened before.
- Your choice is stored in your browser (with the date) so we don't ask on every visit. Clearing your browser data resets it.
Who do we share data with?
- Google LLC (Google Analytics), only if you consent, to provide analytics reports to us. See Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us on WhatsApp; WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
- Our hosting and email providers, to run the website and receive your emails.
- Authorities, only where Indian law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. Such transfers follow the DPDP Act, including any restrictions the Government of India notifies.
How long do we keep it?
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the project and meet legal and tax record-keeping duties. Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security, then deleted.
What are your rights?
Under the DPDP Act you, as the Data Principal, have the right to:
- Access information about the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us and get a response.
To use any of these rights, email hello@hyperlabz.in with the subject "Data request" and tell us what you need. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond as soon as possible and within the time the DPDP Rules allow (at most 90 days).
How do you raise a grievance?
Write to hello@hyperlabz.in with the subject "Grievance". If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act after using our grievance process.
How do we protect your data?
The website is served only over HTTPS with security headers, access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and we use reputable providers. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act and Rules require.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and we don't track or target children. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, email hello@hyperlabz.in and we will delete it.
Language
The cookie notice on this website is available in English and Hindi. To receive this privacy policy in Hindi or another language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, email us and we will provide it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date above. If a change needs fresh consent, the cookie banner will ask you again.
